Linda W. Stuver

Linda W. Stuver, 87, of Lititz, passed away peacefully on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Hospice and Community Care in Mount Joy. Born in Sayre, Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of the late Owen and Dorothy (Stethers) Young. She was also the loving wife to Richard J. Stuver for over 52 years until his passing in 2009.

Linda spent many years as a caregiver within special care of Lancaster County, including volunteer work at Hospice and Community Care. She was also a long-time member of the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd and was a Senior Shepherd there. She was part of the Conestoga Herb Guild, where she was able to share her love for gardening with others through their craft fairs.

Linda is survived by her children, Richard Stuver (husband of the Late Sherri), Daniel (Christine) Stuver, Laurie (Michael) Schenke, and Kimberly Stuver; grandchildren Gregory Schenke, Sara (Jon) Bartel, Emily Schenke, Kira (Ben) Beck, Alicia (Matt) Chamberlain, Nathan Klaassen, and Christy Stuver; four great-grandchildren; and sister Diana Lutz.

A memorial service will be held at 11AM on Saturday, May 30, 2026, at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 750 Greenfield Rd, Lancaster, PA 17601. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Linda’s name may be made to the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd at the address above, or by visiting goodshepherdlancaster.org/giving.
