Lawrence Patrick Fagan

Lawrence P. "Larry" Fagan, of Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family after a brief illness on Saturday, June 6, 2026.

Larry was the son of the late Lawrence H. Fagan and Eleanor M. (Matt) Fagan. He was the devoted brother of the late E. Claire Dixon (née Fagan, 1935-2025) of Williams Township/Easton, PA. Claire was a longtime orthopedic scrub nurse, avid golfer, and deeply family-oriented individual.

Larry was the beloved husband of Barbara P. (Pepper) Fagan, with whom he shared a home in Lancaster.

He is survived by his wife and best friend, Barbara, along with his children and extended family: Son Stephen L. Fagan of Ephrata, PA. Daughter Laurie Webb and her husband Kevin Webb of Okeechobee, FL, their daughter Kaitlyn Cabrera and husband Luke Cabrera, and great-granddaughter Bella Cabrera of Orlando, FL. Stepdaughter Heather Mitchell and grandchildren Lilly, Lola, and James of London, England

A self-employed real estate agent, Larry owned Century 21 Fagan from 1982 until its merger with Coldwell Banker in 2009. Prior to his real estate career, he worked in the marketing department at Mobil Oil Company. In 2015, he received the Realtor Emeritus Award for more than 40 years of service.

Larry was a graduate of Muhlenberg College, where he earned a degree in liberal arts with a minor in business. While at Muhlenberg, he played intramural sports and was a member of Lambda Chi Alpha fraternity. He was also an accomplished pilot, flying light aircraft for 35 years and holding instrument and commercial ratings.

He served two years in the U.S. Navy, training in Pensacola, Florida before joining the 6th Fleet in the Mediterranean.

Larry was a longtime member of Saint John Neumann Catholic Church in Lancaster. He will be remembered for his warmth, dedication to family, and lifelong commitment to his profession.

Arrangements

A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 10:30 AM at Snyder's Funeral Home & Crematory, Lititz Pike Chapel. The service will then proceed to Fort Indiantown Gap National Cemetery for a military graveside ceremony at 2:30 PM.
