Jeanette Louise Miller

Jeanette Louise Miller, 75, of Mountville, passed away peacefully on September 6, 2026. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late John E. Graham and Mary L. (Shay) Spidle. She was married 44 years to her beloved husband Melvin E. Miller, Jr., until his passing in 2016.

Jeanette was a graduate of Penn Manor High School and worked for 18 years as a bookkeeper with Weis Markets. She also cleaned the Manor House Apartments and was most recently a cashier at John Herr's. Jeanette enjoyed watching ice hockey, especially the Flyers, watching the Food Network on TV, and most of all, being a dedicated "Nanny" to her granddaughter.

Jeanette is survived by her son, Melvin Miller, III (Leanne); 2 grandchildren: Austin Zercher and Rylin Miller; and 2 siblings: Lou Ann Spidle and Steve Spidle. She was predeceased by her sister Sandra Labezius, and stepfather Harry Spidle.
