Elsie J. Wanger

Elsie J. Wanger, 75, of Millersville, PA, passed away on August 28, 2026 at Hospice & Community Care, Mount Joy, surrounded by her family. Born in Lancaster, PA, she was the daughter of the late Albert and Henrietta (Kopf) Wolf. Elise was the wife of 38 years to the late James H. Wanger, Sr.

Elsie absolutely enjoyed going to casinos, gambling and slot machines. She liked to go shopping, to the beach and sitting outside. Elsie adored the time she spent with her grandchildren.

Elsie is survived by her 3 children: James H. Wanger, husband of Tonya, Stacy Stoner and Donald Stoner; her 6 grandchildren: Brittany, Paige, Brandon, Abby, Peyton and Avery; 5 great-grandchildren; and 3 siblings: Robert Wolf, Kenneth Wolf and William Wolf.

Elsie was preceded in death by 4 siblings: Estelle Burrows, Donald Wolf, Geraldine Zipp and Albert Wolf.

Family and Friends are invited to attend a Graveside Service that will be held at 10 AM on September 10, 2026 at Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Road, Lancaster, PA 17603.
