Elizabeth J. Kauffman

Elizabeth J. Kauffman, 93, formerly of Lititz, PA, passed away Wednesday, September 2, 2026, at Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation. She was known as “Bubba” to her family.

Born in Haydentown, Fayette County, PA, she was the daughter of the late Jacob and Ethel (Rankin) Hartman.

Elizabeth worked in housekeeping for Uniontown Hospital, Lancaster General Hospital, and Mount Zion Retirement Community. She enjoyed shopping, watching the traffic go by through the front door of her Orange Street home in Lititz, and she made tasty fried eggs. Most important to Elizabeth was being with her family. She dearly loved her great-granddaughter beyond belief.

Elizabeth’s family includes her daughters, Debra K. Klink, wife of Bob of Lebanon, PA, and Vicki Maust and her partner Kenny Lease of Lititz; her grandchildren Joshua Klink and Colby Maust, and her great-granddaughter Taylor Klink.

In addition to her parents, Elizabeth was preceded in death by her two husband’s Clyde Maust in 1981, and Marlin Kauffman in 2020; and her brothers, Clifford, Harold, and Jess Hartman and twin baby brothers.

Following Elizabeth’s wishes, there will be no formal services.
