Dorothy G. Baker

Dorothy G. Baker, 91, of Brethren Village, went home to be with Jesus on August 20, 2026 in Lititz PA. She was married to Eugene H Baker. Born in East Petersburg, she was the daughter of the late Roy R and Mary H Goda.

Dot was a homemaker and had also worked at Armstrong and Weis Markets. She was a longtime member of Lancaster First Church of God. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, baking, and vacations at the beach.

She will be greatly missed by Gene, her devoted husband of 70 years, and her loving family - Bruce (Teri), Carol (John), Bradley (Andrea), Thomas (Melissa), and Terry; her grandchildren Andrew (Lauren), Kelli, Elise, Jacob, Allison (Kyle), Michael (Meredith), Kristen (Adam), Brendan (Ali), Jonathan, Dylan; and five great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Joie and her son Brian.

Friends will be received from 1-2 PM with a Memorial Service to begin at 2 PM at the Brethren Village Chapel, 3009 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Interment will be private at the convenience of the family.
