Dolora E. "Dory" Harsh, 79, of Lancaster, passed away on Saturday, October 17, 2026, at Abbeyville Nursing & Rehab.
Born and raised in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late William and M. Hilda (Souders) Baumler. She was the loving wife of the late Clyde H. Harsh who passed away in 2001.
Dory was a 1965 graduate of Lancaster Catholic High School. She worked for many years as a deli clerk at K+G Meats and Weis Markets. She was a longtime member of St. John Neumann Catholic Church. Dory enjoyed playing pinochle, completing crossword puzzles, and collecting teddy bears and hand bells. She had a sweet tooth and always enjoyed her sweets and Diet Coke. A devoted Phillies and Eagles fan, she also loved listening to her favorite bands, KISS and Queen. Dory was known for her familiar saying, "You got it dude," a phrase that would bring a smile to the faces of those who knew and loved her.
Dory is survived by her daughter, Amanda (Robert) Reese; her grandchildren, Elizabeth S. Eberhart and Michael McCleary; and her siblings, Donna Wagner, Sandy Basore, Marsha (Tim) Siverling, and William Baumler.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Clyde; and her children, Kevin, Michelle, and Matthew Harsh.
