Daniel L. Holsinger

Daniel L. “Dan” Holsinger, 76, of Lancaster, passed away peacefully on February 6, 2026. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of the late Harry and Barbara (Leinart) Holsinger. He was with Richard Leroy Himmelberger for 34 years until his passing in 2024.

Dan was a graduate of Hempfield High School and worked as an interior designer. He had a love of dancing, decorating, going out to eat, and spotting unique furniture.

Dan is survived by 3 children: Brian Holsinger, Jason Holsinger (Liz), and Kim Holsinger; 6 grandchildren: Kayllie Eden (William), Jason Sanford, Emily Sanford, Megan Polk, Laron Polk, and Joshua Holsinger; 4 great-grandchildren: Khari Polk, Genevie Polk, Abigail Holsinger, and Gabriel Eden; and brother John Holsinger (Janet). He was predeceased by his grandson Ryan Whalen.

Services will be at the convenience of the family.
