Bryan L. Sillaman, 71, of Mountville, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by his loving family on Sunday, June 14, 2026. He was the devoted husband of Ann (Giandalia) Sillaman, with whom he shared almost 48 years of marriage.
Born in Souderton, PA in 1955, he was a son of the late James M. & Ida F. (Biggard) Sillaman.
Bryan graduated from Hempfield High School and began his career as a Welder, spending 30 years with H&S Mechanical Contractors, Manheim.
Outside of work, he was an avid fisherman and hunter. He especially enjoyed time spent at his hunting camp in McKean County, PA. When Bryan wasn't busy with his outdoor activities, he could be found enthusiastically coaching the Philadelphia Phillies from the couch.
Bryan's simple life rules were engrained in his son's life at a young age by himself and his wife, Ann. Work hard, if you do a job, do it right the first time, don't burn bridges and treat people as you would like to be treated. With those life skills, he has made many lifelong friends and raised a good son. His talent for talking to anyone and everyone around him was a fan favorite of everybody that knew him. He could talk a dog off of a meat wagon if you asked him to. If you couldn't get along with Bryan, you probably couldn't get along with anyone.
Surviving Bryan, in addition to his wife Ann, is their son, Adam, J. Sillaman (Deanna); his grandsons, Foster and James; and 6 siblings, Carol Hinrichs (David), James A. Sillaman (Carol), Lynn Sillaman (Steve Hynicka), Dawn Ressler (Steven), Mark Sillaman (Michelle), Todd Sillaman (Tracy); along with many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends will be received by his family after 10:00 am on Friday, June 26, 2026 in the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543, where a Celebration of Bryan's life will begin at 11:00 a.m. Casual dress is encouraged for all who attend.
Kindly omit flowers. Please consider a donation in memory of Bryan to Hospice and Community Care.
