Anna M. Roschel

Anna M. Roschel, 91, of Lancaster passed away Thursday, October 29, 2026, surrounded by family. Born in Philadelphia, PA, she was the daughter of the late Willam and Ellen (Cunningham) Collier. She was the wife of Dr. Robert L. Roschel, with whom she shared over 66 years of marriage.

She worked for the Internal Revenue Service for many years.

Anna enjoyed the opera and theatre, reading, traveling, bowling, and playing golf. She was also a volunteer for hospice and was a member of the Hamilton Club.

She is survived by her sister, Helen of Tampa, FL and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, November 4, 2026, at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 St. Joseph St, Lancaster, PA. Interment will be private in St. Joseph’s New Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions in Anna’s memory may be made to St. Anne’s Retirement Community, 3952 Columbia Ave, Columbia, PA 17512.
