Walter G. Repa, 77

Walter G. Repa, 77, of Brethren Village, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, July 22, 2017. Born in Quakertown, PA he was the son of the late Walter Repa, Sr. and the late Mary I. (Florek) Repa. He was the loving husband of Alice C. (Weidemann) with whom he shared over 52 years of marriage.
He owned and operated the former Walter Repa’s Garage in Quakertown where he formed a bond with his customers who he considered his friends.
Walter enjoyed reading, doing puzzles, hunting, fishing, boating, camping, cards and taking trips to Cape May with his family which he thoroughly enjoyed. Above all his family was most important to him.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by a son, Dean Repa husband of Kathleen of Bartlesville, OK and a daughter, Donna Buckwalter wife of John of Lancaster. Also surviving are four grandchildren, Gil and Lee Repa and Alison and Aidan Buckwalter and one nephew, Bradley Repa. He was preceded in death by his brother, Gary Repa.
Funeral Services will be held at 11AM on Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home & Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Friends will be received from 10-11AM at the funeral home on Wednesday. Interment will be held in St. Peter’s Lutheran Cemetery at 2:30PM.
