Todd F. Williams, 73
March 07, 2025
Todd F. Williams, 73, of Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully on March 7, 2025, after many months of declining health. Born on November 25, 1951, in Wilkes Barre, PA, he was the eldest of three children, cherished by his younger brother, Brad, and sister, Adair.
Todd was a bright student with a passion for sports, excelling in soccer and diving during his high school years. He furthered his education at Lock Haven College, where he joined the Phi Sigma fraternity and developed lifelong friendships. After earning his degree, Todd became a beloved sixth-grade teacher, known for his engaging teaching style and ability to inspire his students.
A natural leader, Todd had a playful side from a young age, often leading his friends to help with his mowing chores—a trait that brought much laughter and teasing from his family over the years. His leadership extended beyond the classroom; he was a dedicated biblical scholar, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 1986 with a Master’s Degree in Biblical Studies from CBN University. He was a member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon Fraternity.
At the age of 23, Todd faced significant challenges when he was diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Despite the hurdles this brought into his life, he maintained a resilient spirit, always wearing a smile and fighting through adversity. In his later years, he also battled Parkinson’s disease but continued to show remarkable strength and determination.
Todd had a deep love for college football, particularly as a loyal fan of Penn State. His faith was a cornerstone of his life; he was actively involved in LCBC in Manheim, PA, participating in various church activities. Known for his insightful knowledge of politics, he enjoyed engaging in thoughtful discussions with friends and family.
One of Todd’s most cherished gifts was his ability to uplift others through prayer and support. He was a source of comfort and encouragement to many, always willing to lend an ear or a helping hand.
He will be deeply missed by all who knew him, and his legacy of kindness and faith will live on in the hearts of those he touched.
Family and friends will be received for visitation from 10AM to 11Am, Friday March 14, 2025, at Spacht-Snyder Family Funeral Home, 127 S. Broad St, Lititz PA 17543. Memorial services will follow at the funeral home at 11am. Interment will take place at Landisville Mennonite Cemetery, with a lunch gathering directly following at Fiorentino’s at the Lancaster Airport.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to AccentCare Hospice, 278 Maytown Rd. Suite 400, Elizabethtown, PA 17022, in Todd’s honor.

I was so sorry to hear of Todd’s passing. I worked with him and in my 29 years of professional life, he was one of the most memorable people I interacted with. He truly saw the value and dignity in every single person he met and was an eager listener to each person’s story. Despite his hardships, he loved life and loved God and shared freely and enthusiastically with all. His memory is a blessing.

I am so sorry to hear of Todd’s passing. I was his nurse on 8th floor for many years. He always had a smile and was an inspiration to me when he’d ask to pray with me. Always uplifting! He had a very devoted family and he would tell me how much he loved them.

I was shocked to receive news of Todd’s passing, even though I knew his physical condition was not good. I do love that in his obituary you captured his amazing gift for comfort and encouragement. While we did not talk by phone all that often, he would call me from time to time, just to ask how I was doing and to ask what he could pray about for me. It was never about himself or his condition, although I would ask, and then enjoy hearing of his continued inspirational Bible teachings and evangelizing. Truly, his love for the Lord and Bible knowledge was ALWAYS uplifting for me. He never missed a call without it ending in prayer with me, while on the call. I will surely miss getting those calls. And I am sure he will be thoroughly missed by his loving siblings and friends. May you all be comforting in knowing (and believing) he is no longer in ANY PAIN and is, no doubt, enjoying Bible study with Jesus and the Saints!
I can’t wait to “see you again”, Cousin! But not yet!
Love, Bobby

Todd was obviously a selfless person who lead a life of purpose with a desire to help others do the same.
It is truly unfortunate that life did not offer Todd an easier path and more time to share his visions with others.
Sincere condolences.

Dear Brad and Adair,
I am sorry to hear about the loss of your brother. I can remember years ago when Jim Archer, others, and I use to play touch football in your backyard in Landisville. We were lucky to have a good school like Hempfield to get a good education and go swimming at the Landisville Pool during the summer. Everytime I pass the Christian School north of Manheim, it would always remind me of what a good person your brother, Todd was. I am sure that God is blessing him with his goodness in Heaven.
Sincerely,
Charlie Roehm

I’m so sorry for your loss. I worked at Conestoga View from 2010 – 2021 and Todd was a frequent visitor in my office in Administration. We had some good conversations and many times he would grab my hand and pray for a situation that we had just talked about. He was a genuine, caring man that I respected very much. I’m happy to know he is in his heavenly home.

It is with sadness that I learned of Todd’s passing. Todd was a college fraternity (TKE) brother of mine at LHU. We reconnected many years ago and I had the enjoyment of visiting with him at Conestoga View and to go to lunch on occasion. We always enjoyed and share many memories and laughs abour our college antics. I was able to take him to one of our reunions many years ago and since then he always wanted updates about everyone. He was a good man, friend and TKE brother. YITB Todd and may God’s Peace be with you. I won’t say good-bye…just ‘see you later.’
Peace, Wayne (Dustin) Hoffman
