Technically I guess Suzanne and I were third cousins. My dad and her dad were cousins. I am so sorry for your loss. I spent time with her in the summers when I would come to visit my grandmother and Aunts. I have wonderful memories of her whole family. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Dear Mr. Over,
Suzanne was my go- to person at S&T. I had just talked to her on March 29 and she told me she wouldn’t be there on Thursday. The next Thursday I stopped by to see her and saw flowers on her desk. I thought someone brought in flowers from Easter and she was going to be off on Thursdays now. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I saw her obituary that day. I can only imagine your grief. Please accept my sincere sympathy. I know her cousin Patty Shunck. I hope at some time she was able to talk to her about being resurrected to paradise on earth. It’s a guarantee. Sincerely, Sidonia Pickel

Although I have never met any of Suzzane’s loved ones, I want to send you my heart felt condolences. I remember a conversation with my mother years ago where she exclaimed that she had met the nicest person doing business at the Integrity Bank. My mother encouraged me to call Suzanne for some upcoming banking I was going to be doing. When I met Suzanne, I understood why my mother had been so impressed with her. She was the kind of person who truly cared about people, even people she had just met. Banking with Suzanne was more like catching up with a friend. When my mother passed suddenly in 2012, Suzanne spoke of her like a friend and went above and beyond to help our family get things in order. Every time I saw Suzanne she would ask how myself and my family were doing and listened intently with genuine interest. I was so saddened to hear today of Suzzane’s passing and I will miss her. My heart goes out to her loved ones at this very tough time.

The words ” genuinely kind” do not seem to say enough about Suzanne but she was genuinely kind. It did not matter what might have been happening in her life she was always pleasant, smiling and kind. Truly kind people are few and far between. We are happy to have known Suzanne and will miss her smiling face, our discussions about vacations and restaurants when we visit the bank. We wish her family peace in the coming weeks. Debbie Dunn and Jerry Geist

Jesus looked around his garden and found an empty space. He then looked down upon the earth and saw Suzanne’s face. He put his arms around her and lifted her to rest. His garden in now most beautiful for he always takes the best. It breaks our hearts to lose her but she didn’t go alone. For part of us went with her the day she was called home. Jesus has a garden and it’s a beautiful site to see. For now our beautiful Suzanne is adorning thee. Love Dombeks

Sarah, Alan and Diane, I’m in shock! I just read the obituary and almost can’t believe it. Even though we only got together about once a year we’ve been friends for 24 years and I always considered her a dear friend. I didn’t even know she was sick. I’m in Europe right now and I won’t be able to attend the service. Sending my sincere and deepest sympathy. She certainly was special. Love, Audrey Zook

Dearest counsins and all: I want to send my heartfelt condolences on the passing of Suzanne. Her picture looks exactly like I remember her at suppers at Charles’ and Bebe’s or at Grandparents’ home in Q-ville. Such a radiant smile! Be assured my thoughts and prayers are with you all as you reach out to Spirit and to one another in such a time of unexpected loss. Love to All, Vicky Dill
