Susan Marie Mearig, 57
Susan Marie (Brill) Mearig, 57, of Lititz, passed away Monday, August 16, 2010 at her residence. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Erwin and Dorothy (Morrison) Brill. Susan was the wife of Michael Mearig with whom she celebrated 36 years of marriage this past April 27th.
Susan was a loving wife, mother, and Nannie. She enjoyed music and cooking.
Surviving in addition to her husband Michael, are 2 daughters; Abigail Maria Mearig and Katie Ann Peterman wife of Doug A. both of Lititz, grandson, Trenten Michael Peterman, 2 brothers; David W. Brill husband of Paula of Havertown, Pa. and Timothy J. Brill husband of Jolene G. of Mountville, sister, Joanne Voci wife of Vincent S. of Gillette, NJ, 8 nieces, and 6 nephews.
A Memorial Service honoring Susan’s life will be held, Saturday, August 21, 2010 at the Charles F. Snyder Jr. Funeral Home and Chapel 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz 17543 at 12 noon. Family and friends will be received before the service at the Funeral Home from 10:30 a.m. to 12 noon. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

I’m so very sorry for your loss. Susie was one of the most sincere and kind people our family has ever met. She was there to comfort us through the loss of my little brother (Matt). We were so blessed to have her as a friend throughout the years. I am deeply saddened by this news. Please know that your family is in our thoughts and prayers.

To the family, Susan and I where grade school friends and I would go to her house to play,and her Mother would make us grilled bologna sandwiches. I always remembered her lovely bedroom and how much fun we had she was always a funny girl. I am sorry for your loss.
