Much sympathy on the loss of your mother. She was a wonderful, kind neighbor.I find myself remembering back to a snow storm many years ago, when Ruth wielding an ice scraper and we neighbors the shovels cleared out many parking spaces across from our homes on East Orange St.A funny thing to remember I know but she was always there to help.I still have her drop sandtart recipe in my cookie recipe box.Good memories from 800 block of East Orange St.and Ruth and her family. With our heartfelt sympathy–
Frans and Dorothy(Dot) Mast.Lancaster Pa.
Ruth Meshey shared love and kindness ever so gently, ever so often. She was a quiet joy and a faithful steward who remembered us without fail, more than we did with her because of the distance between our homes., for which we are sorry. Yet she was in our hearts and on our tongues more than any older friend we had.
