Rosemary Carpenter, 78, of Manheim, PA, passed away at Neffsville Nursing & Rehabilitation on Thursday, November 13, 2025. She shared almost 60 years of marriage with her husband Donald E. Carpenter.
Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Elmer and Violet (Enck) Keller.

Rosemary and Donald visited hospital patients and homebound people. She previously served on the church Prayer Team and in Children’s Ministry.

Her and Don would purchase old two-man saws and large saw blades at Green Dragon and Roots, and clean and paint them for gifts for their family and friends. Most important to Rosemary was her family, which she focused on keeping them together.
In addition to her husband Donald, Rosemary’s family includes her son Travis Carpenter, husband of the late Tammy Carpenter of Manheim, daughter, Susanna, wife of John McFadden of East Earl, six grandchildren, Destiny, Savannah, Trinity, Violet, Heather, and Keith “KC”, six great-grandchildren, Elijah, Neveah, Athena, Reuben, Angel, and Jazmine, and her brother, Kirk Keller of Lititz, and her sister Cindy, wife of Brett Miller of Lititz.
