Robert was a Great Leader of men with the Knights of Columbus. I had the honor of knowing him only a few short years and appreciated his hard work and dedication to the Knights.

Word of Bob’s passing reached me yesterday and despite my best efforts to rearrange my schedule here I will not be able to
con-celebrate with Father Culkin tomorrow.  I am sending you a mass card for a memorial mass I will offer here at Our Lady of the Visitation.  Know you are in my prayers.  It was a distinct honor and pleasure to know Bob, as his paperboy,a faithful parishioner, co-worker, brother Knight and friend.  His humor brightened many a cloudy day, his understanding was always shared as a gift and a blessing, his integrity always called me to be the best man and priest I could be.
