I can remember Dick Binkley as Santa Clause visiting our home bearing gifts for our children for many years. He was always a friendly, jolly person and we enjoyed him immensely. We have so many wonderful memories of 14 & 16 South Fulton Street, being neighbors who shared that common wall for 10 years. I always loved hearing the piano & Dicks beautiful voice as he practiced for Sunday morning worship. He & Barb we’re kind & caring, checking in and saying hello to our three small children. I am so sorry to hear that Dick has passed. His personality was larger than life. I remember Dick Binkley from attending Abbeyville Christian Church. I was a kid. I enjoyed listening to him in choir and trying to make my voice just like his! You are loved, Mr. Binkley and will be remembered with love!

I am so sorry to learn of Dick’s passing. I will always remember him in the church choir,  or in the church kitchen making Wednesday eveing meals, or at the chruch picnic where we ate his famous grilled corn. He and Barb … 2 very special people in my life. ♥
