Dear Janet and Family,
I will miss seeing Junie downtown and in his camoflage pants. He always made us laugh. I am keeping you in my prayers and hope that God gives you everything that you need to grieve his loss. He was a good friend to many!

Regie was always a presence in downtown Lancaster with a smile, handshake, and bible verse. Oh how he loved the Lord and how he is in His presence. As the mayor of Penn Square, he will be missed by many.

I had worked downtown about 16 years ago when I first met Reggie. I would walk from the Watt & Shand parking garage to my office in the Griest Building around 6:30 AM every morning. Reggie was there religiously making a difference. A smile, such a great smile and a friendly voice….and yes he could rattle off some sayings that would always impress me.
Some years later, I told my St. Leo confirmation class about someone (Reggie) I had met. I told the class that you never know when you are going to make a difference in someones life or vice a versa. Reggie became an acquaintance and a friend and made a difference in my life. I do not work downtown anymore but he will be missed.
He would tell me about his family that he loved.
To his family I saw a the goodness in Reggie. My thoughts and prayers are with you and Reggie.

He always brightened my day– we would spot each other from down the treet and sing as we walked toward each other. And the rest of the day was always sunnier!!
The heavenly choirs have a wonderful addition,, but it is our loss.

I have been an employee of Fulton Bank downtown building for 20 years. Reggie was usually in the square to greet people as they passed. He always made our day brighter with his big beautiful smile and kindness. I think everyone at Fulton knew of him. He will be missed greatly by many people. I am saddened by his death but I will always have fond memories.
