Patricia Jean Lefever, 85

Patricia Jean Lefever, 85, of Smoketown, PA, passed away on December 6, 2025 at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Huntsville, AL, she was the daughter of the late Posey Henry and Julie Ailene Renfroe. Patricia was a loving wife to the late Roy S. Lefever, and together they would have celebrated 65 years of marriage on December 3.

Patricia was a devoted mother and homemaker. She was an avid bird watcher, gifted artist and loved to travel to the beach and around the country in their travel trailer. She volunteered for the Lancaster City Police Department for several years and retired from CDS in the Costco Warehouse in Lancaster, PA. Patricia and Roy attended Wesley Church in Quarryville, PA.

Patricia is survived by a daughter, Sharon Richert, wife of Steve; a son, Timothy Lefever, companion to Lisa Meganshko, 2 grandchildren: Heather Flemming and Joshua Lefever; 3 sisters: Dianne Ray, wife of Robert, Lois Hale, wife of G. Richard, and Donna Beard, wife of Edward. Patricia was predeceased by 3 brothers, Wayne, Douglas and Ray. She had many nieces and nephews who enjoyed driving to PA to visit with her and Roy.

Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.
