Patricia J. Johnson (Pat), 71, of Leola, passed away on Saturday, November 15, 2025, at Lancaster General Hospital. Born in Coatesville, PA, she was the daughter of the late Ruby Jean (Cox) and Roger Jones.

Pat dedicated many years to serving her community. Her most cherished role was as a school bus driver for Conestoga Valley, where she was admired and loved by coworkers and her “kids”.

Her family was everything to her and brought her great joy. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones and treasured those experiences. To her grandchildren, she was affectionately called “Nana,” a title she took immense pride in sharing with everyone she met. Known for her generous spirit, Pat would give the shirt off her back to anyone in need.

Despite her numerous health struggles, Pat remained positive and determined to overcome every obstacle she faced. It was her body that ultimately failed in this recent battle, not her spirit.

Pat is survived by her children: Tara Weitzel (Shawn) of Lancaster; Tracy Johnson (Chad) of Columbia, MD; and Scott Johnson (Tara Schram) of Lancaster. Pat was the proud Nana of eight Grandchildren: Elio Paolucci (Aimsley), Lexi Weitzel (Tyler Schaeffer), Meia Weitzel, Chase Johnson, Cody Johnson, Colten Johnson, Dylan Johnson, and Isabelle Schram; and great-grandmother to Adalyn Weitzel. Pat is survived by her siblings, Roger Jones, Jr., Steve Jones, and Michael Jones, as well as many nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two siblings, Debbie Hostetter and Mark Jones.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 11 AM on Monday, November 24, 2025, at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home and Crematory, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. Family and friends will be received from 10 AM until the time of the service. Interment will be private.
