Maximillian A. McGlinchey, 19

Maximillian A. McGlinchey, 19, of Lancaster, formerly of Poughkeepsie, NY, passed away on Saturday, June 23. Born on February 25, 1999, Max was the son of Timothy and Silvia McGlinchey.
Max was a 2017 graduate of Manheim Township High School where he played football. He then attended Penn State University, having just finished his freshman year studying finance. He loved working out and going to Rehoboth Beach. Max worked at Sunglass Hut in Park City Mall, and also worked at his father’s business the Irish Painting Company.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by 2 sisters, Alexandra M. of Lancaster and Chloe V. McGlinchey of Denver, CO; 2 grandmothers, Patricia Shaffer of Lancaster, and Olivia Pivaral of Guatemala; and his loving girlfriend, Haley Rineer of Lancaster, and his extended family.
A Funeral Service will be held Wednesday, June 27 at noon at the Charles F. Snyder, Jr. Funeral Home, 3110 Lititz Pike, Lititz, PA 17543. A viewing will be held prior at the funeral home from 10-12. Interment will be at a later date.

Not many people talked to me in school but Max was always so kind to me, regardless of his popularity. He made me feel included which is something I’ll always be grateful for. My condolences to those grieving over his beautiful soul. Rest In Peace Max.

Max was an amazing guy and an even more amazing friend. He was there for me during one of the hardest times in my life and I wouldn’t give up the time I had with him for anything in the world. May he rest in peace and my condolences to his family, loved ones, and those closest to him. Earth lost a beautiful soul, but heaven gained an indescribable angel.
