Mark R. Campbell, 60, of Lancaster, ended his journey here and went home to be with his Lord on Friday, March 7, 2025, where he will be with his family and friends forever. Born in Lancaster, he was the son of Alma (McCue) Campbell and the late Richard Campbell.

Mrs Campbell, my son Charles Groff and I wish to convey our deepest condolences to you & your family. Remembering Mark very well. He & Charles attended school together. We are saddened to know of his passing. Charles has remembered many times he & Mark shared, espically a funny story. May the Lord bless the Campbell family. from Nancy C. Groff

What a mixture of emotions it must be in the aftermath of Mark Campbell’s death: sorrow at losing a son and brother, gratitude that his struggles in life are over. We all struggle, of course, through I take it that Mark’s struggles were special.
My sincere sympathies go to Mark’s mother Alma and his sister Susan at a time when life inescapably becomes just a bit empty without him. All this is part of God’s plan, of course, and we do not question that. Indeed, we thank God for his saving grace now to Mark and some day to ourselves as well, through the death and resurreftion of Jesus.
May Mark now rest in peace.
