Lois Jane Bowman, 96, of Lancaster passed away peacefully on June 11, 2025, at her residence. Born in Harrisburg, she was the daughter of the late Raymond and Margaret Elizabeth Redinger Dowhower. Lois was the loving wife of the late Donald S. Bowman and they shared 63 years of marriage before his passing in 2014. More than anything, Lois was a loving wife, mom, grandmother and great grandmother who could be found cheering her family at any event, near or far.
Surviving are two daughters, Beth A. wife of Reverend Douglas Smith, and Sue A. Bowman, four grandchildren, Laura wife of John Batalis, Nathan Smith, partner of Sarah Fleck, Stephanie wife of Brett Kelly, Timothy, husband of Essie Mallonee Smith, as well as 11 great grandchildren.
