Linda L. Eberly, of Lititz, passed away on August 5, 2025.She was the wife of the late John K. Eberly, who passed away in 2021, with whom she shared 60 years of marriage. Born in Stewartstown, York County, she was the daughter of the late Thomas and Evelyn Hammer Kurtz.

Linda had worked as a data entry technician for many years for Lititz Mutual Insurance in Lititz, until her retirement in 1998. Prior to this, in the late 1950s, she had worked as a lab technician in the Philadelphia area.

Linda’s greatest treasure was her family and she loved being a mother to her three children. Spending time with her family and friends and attending their activities over the years was of great joy to her. She also loved her pet poodle, Maggie, who was an important part of her family. She was a talented crafter, well-known for her beaded Christmas trees she would make. Linda was a very die-hard and avid Baltimore Orioles fan.

She was an active member of Lititz United Methodist Church, where she served as a parish visitor.

She is survived by her children: Kim married to Mike Gross and Tim married to Cathy Eberly, both of Lititz, and Tom Eberly married to Beth of Manheim; her 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren; her brother, William Kurtz, and her sisters, Nancy Kurtz and Josephine McAllister.

A memorial service for Linda will be held at Lititz United Methodist Church with interment in the church memorial garden at a later time, for which an announcement will be published.
