Dear Leon, How sad we were to read of Leona’s passing. She was a lovely lady and we appreciated you both when we were neighbors for all those years on Creek Hill Road. We wish you every comfort and blessing God sends your way. You both were a blessing to us. WE now live in Red Lion near our youngest son. Don has retired and we are doing ok. Sincere regards and prayers for your peace, Don and Rita Wert

My deepest sympathies. I have great memories of her sweet love & laughter. What an amazing lady. I met Leona through my friendship with Dean. She always had time for his friends & her door was always open. Her life touched so many. She will be missed. My love to you all.

To Leon and beloved family…I,too, am already feeling the tremendous void Leona’s passing to Heaven has brought, yet our faith consoles the sadness of our hearts with the assurance that we will see her again. Through decades of sharing times and talks..laughter and tears…she was and will forever be, my “sister friend”, and I am so grateful that she shared her well-lived life with me. She was deeply proud and so appreciative of you all…now you will carry in this world, the legacy of her loving and faith-filled spirit, and her beauty will continue to shine through you. Our prayer is that you will have peace which surpasses all understanding. We love you and are here for you Kimmel and Stephanie Schaefer
