Dear Phyllis and Family,
We are saddened by the death of Leo, however, we know he is with his Lord and Savior and Ian.  Leo lived a beautiful Christian life devoting his time to helping others.  He was devoted to his family.  I am grateful for the time he shared information about the Wastler family. May God give you strength and peace as we await the birth of our Savior.

Love and Peace,
Phyllis, Mel, Douglas and Wendy Gray.

Dear Phyllis,

Our hearts go out to you and your family at the loss of Leo, however,we are comforted in knowing that Leo is with our Lord and Saviour, Jesus Christ.

It was always such a joy and pleasure to spend time with Leo, whether we were enjoying a meal together, sharing an email, discussing the state of our country and politics, or sharing the goodness of our Lord and Saviour.  He possessed a wealth of knowledge in so many arenas, and we always counted it a blessing to hear his thoughts on things.  We will miss Leo’s warm and caring spirit, his wonderful sense of humor, the twinkle in his eyes and that awesome smile.   You and your family are in our thoughts and prayers.

Christ’s Peace be with you all.
Love,
Rebecca Lovett and Gene O’Brien

I am very sorry to hear of Leo’s passing. I knew him for many years at Members 1st. I’m glad I had a chance to say hello to him when he was in with Phyllis a few months ago. You have my sincere condolences.

Sincerely,
Amy Kramer, Manager

The 1st Brubaker Family Trip has been the Trip that all other trips have been compared to, and I have traveled with many other travel groups. None can compare with the Brubaker trip, with Leo at the helm, and Phyllis bringing up the rear. Leo was a great manager of details, and he kept us informed, literally every step of the way. Leo was  an excellent go-between, between us Brubakers and the Swiss Brubakers.
I’m sorry, for Leo’s family, to have a funeral during this time of year, as the Anniversary of a Funeral during the bleak days of December almost over-takes the Joy of the Season. I have had similar experiences, with the death of my husband in Dec. 2005, and my son in Dec. 1981.
I am sure, though, that Leo is enjoying the light of that great Travel Agency in the Sky!
