Larry was a prankster of a brother. He loved games and often beat me at them. He was strong but caring. I want to thank everyone for their thoughts and condolences. His one and only sister, Carole

I had the pleasure of caring for Larry in the hospital. I will brag and say I was his favorite because he would tell people I was. I would let him walk in the hallway because he was so determined to get moving. My brother David would cut Larry’s hair once a month. They would talk politics and my brother thoroughly enjoyed that Larry would still try to pay him every time. My brother loved those moments and would call him the coolest guy. I am so sorry to hear of his passing. My brother and I’s hearts were broken. What a great man and we are better people for knowing him and blessed to call him a friend.

Larry was my Democratic co-committee person for several years and shared duties at our polling place every Election Day. I loved his passion for politics, and he was a man of action, not just talk. I miss him! A funny, thoughtful guy. My sympathies to his family.
