Kimberly “Kim” A. McKee, 53, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at Lancaster General Hospital. She was the loving wife of Johnny S. McKee with whom she shared 21 years of marriage.
Born in Weslaco, Texas, she was a daughter of Linda (Poinboeuf) Denyer of Lancaster and the late Charles L. Denyer, Jr.
A free spirit with a desire to explore, Kim lived her life fulfilling her dreams of visiting and residing in places she had always dreamt of. She had great interest and knowledge in history, often focusing her studies on areas of the Civil War and the Battle of Gettysburg. History is also what brought her to Lancaster with her husband and mother. She was an avid NASCAR fan and a huge supporter of Dale Earnhardt, Jr. and the late Dale Earnhardt.
In addition to her husband and mother, she is survived by her sister, Deborah Taylor of CT, her brother, Chuck (Tiffany) Denyer of TN; niece, Stacey Hubbard (Billy Hope) of TN and nephew, Charles Denyer, III of TN.
Private cremation has been entrusted to the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Homes and Crematory.
