Kermit D. Kuhl, 83
Kermit D. Kuhl, 83, passed away suddenly on Jan 8, 2019, at Willow Valley Communities, Lancaster, PA. Kermit was born in Troy, Ohio, September 11, 1935, to William and Erline Kuhl.
Kermit was a graduate of Troy High School, (1953) and a graduate from Case Institute of Technology, (1957). Kermit was also an Eagle Scout. Kermit spent 3 years as a design engineer at North American Aviation in Columbus, Ohio, before joining General Electric’s Missile and Space Division in Philadelphia, PA where he spent 32 years, most as a manufacturing engineer. He retired at the end of 1994.
Kermit was involved with Hope Lutheran Church and School in Levittown, PA, as a volunteer officer in various positions for 50 years, the last 26 as Treasurer. He was a member of Ascension Lutheran Church, Willow Street, PA.
He is survived by his wife of 63 years in January to Loretta Kuhl and three sons, Gary M. Kuhl
(Donna), Gustave H. Kuhl (Sabrina), and Karl W. Kuhl (Nicole) and five grandchildren, Ashley, Jonathan, Samuel, Maxine, and Mick Kuhl.
A memorial service will take place at the Johnson Auditorium at Willow Valley Manor North. Inurnment in Ascension Lutheran Memorial Gardens will be private.

You are in our prayers, Loretta, and all your loved ones. It was a shock, but we will always think of Kermit as a faithful servant of the Lord for Hope Lutheran.
