Kathleen “Kathy” Claire Jenkins, 92, of Willow Street, passed away peacefully at home on April 29, 2025. Born in Denver, CO, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Grace (Card) Dickerson. She was married 74 beautiful years to her beloved husband, Glennon C. Jenkins.

Kathy was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother throughout her life. After settling in Pennsylvania, she fostered a love of travel by helping her family move throughout the country several times. Kathy loved to sew, bake with her grandchildren, package and conceal gifts in inventive ways, and play the occasional practical joke. She took pride of the way she tended to her family and home. Her generosity and ger capacity to find the positive side of everything and everyone will live on in the memory of those who knew and loved her.

In addition to her husband, Glenn, Kathy is survived by her children: Mark (Sue) Jenkins, Kristina Smith, and Robert (Joyce) Jenkins. As well as her grandchildren: Megan (Jeff), Cheryl (Chris), Lauren (Ryan), Steven, Allie (Eric), Shelby, Ryan (Erica), Dana, Donny, Glennon, and Kyle; and 7, soon to be 8, great-grandchildren: Caden, Kathryn, Brayden, Brody, AJ, Avery, and Addy. Kathy was preceded in death by her eldest daughter and son-in-law, Glenda and Steve Starr, as well as her 4 siblings: Earl, Richard, Shirley, and Herbert Dickerson.

The family has chosen to celebrate the life of Kathy privately at this time. In lieu of flowers, please consider a memorial contribution in Kathy’s name to Alzheimer’s Association.
