Kathee A. Horn, 75, of Mount Joy and formerly of Rock Cave, WV, passed away on December 24, 2025 in Lancaster.

Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Charles and Kathryn Zook Gingrich. While living in West Virginia, Kathee had lived with her late companion, Larry Abel, who passed away during Covid.

Kathee had been the co-owner of several well-know Lancaster County restaurants, such as Reflections, Carlos & Charlies, and Portofinos for many years. Prior to this, she had been a Licensed Practical Nurse at LGH for 10 years. She was a graduate of the Lancaster General Hospital School of Nursing.

She was a NASCAR fan, as well as a college football fan. She loved to cook and bake, watch Hallmark Channel movies and found the QVC Channel to be good entertainment. She loved all of her dogs: Heidi, Zeke and Lexi.

Kathee is survived by her son, Michael Horn of Lancaster, her daughter Michelle, and by her 6 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She is also survived by her 3 brothers, Dennis, Jeffrey, and Richard Gingrich.
