Dear Nancy and John,

Jack will be remembered for his kind heart. He was dedicated to your family, the Republican Committee and his profession. I enjoyed serving with him when I was Chair.

I know you have experienced a lot of loss in the recent past. My thoughts and prayers are with you as you celebrate Jack’s life.

In the early 80s, I was a receptionist at Herr, Kirchner, Greer & Herr in the Griest Building and had the pleasure of working with Jack. Jack was a kind, fair and honorable man with a keen sense of humor. I am truly sorry for your loss.

With my sincere condolences,

Jamie Snyder Fox

Dear Nancy and family,

please know that Jack had many friends in the law enforcement community and I was privileged to be one of them. You chose the best photo for the obituary because that is exactly the way I will always remember him. He and I had our differences occasionaly by virtue of the type business we were engaged in but I always admired his strong determination to do what was right and he did not hesitate to stand up for what he believed to be right. We worked a number of high profile cases together and in the field, he would defer to the police when he knew that it was within their realm of responsibility, but in the courtroom, he was in charge and one could not ask for a more professional prosecutor. He served the community well in all of his roles, on either side of the system. I am sure he served his family well also. He will be sorely missed. I will never forget him. May God bless you all and give you his peace and comfort.

Dear Nancy and John,

Please accept our deepest sympathy at this very sad time. It was with great sorrow we learned of Jack’s illness and passing. You and Jack, along with your beautiful children, were wonderful neighbors to my grandparents, Ted and Alice Ciccone, for many years and my siblings and I will always cherish those memories.

Jack has been my father’s lawyer for a very long time and I know my father will greatly miss his valuable advice and personalized assistance with legal affairs. He felt very comfortable knowing that Jack was always willing to help out with various legal situations that might arise and truly respected his opinions and advice.

We share your pain with Jack’s passing and hope that somehow you will take comfort in knowing that your wonderful husband and father will be deeply missed by so many people in the Lancaster community.

You are in our thoughts and prayers.

With our deepest condolences,

Ted Ciccone Jr. and children

I met Jack only recently, as opposing counsel on a case. He was a pleasure to deal with; a true gentleman and professional. My deepest condolences on this great loss.
