Jeanne W. Doull

Jeanne W. Doull, 74, of Lititz, passed away at the Essa Flory Hospice Center on Sunday, January 29,2006. Born in Port Chester, NY, she was the daughter of the late Edward and Marguerite McGovern Walsh. She was married to Gerald N. Doull, Jr. for fifty-one years. A homemaker, she was a member of St. James Catholic Church, the Lancaster Coterie Club, and a forty-year member of Sweet Adelines International Barbershop Chorus. She was granted a B.S. degree in Home Economics Education and was employed as a quilting teacher for several years. She was an avid reader involved with Readers’ Choice Book Club at the Lititz Public Library.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by her four children: Kathleen Vargo of Lititz; James Doull, married to Deborah of Spring, TX; Barbara Addessi, married to Daniel of Spring TX; Eileen Walker, married to Richard of Carbondale, IL; eight grandchildren: Jessica, Stephanie, Allison, Sara, Chelsea, Kaitlin, Kyle and Kelsie; two brothers, Thomas Walsh, married to Catherine of Cannonsburg; John Walsh, married to Emma of Fulton, NY; and a sister, Rosemary Gillard of Vestal, NY. She was preceded in death by a sister, Aileen Gillard Nadeau.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 1, 2006 at St. James Catholic Church, 505 Woodcrest Avenue, Lititz, PA at 10:30 a.m. Interment will be private. Friends will be received at the church on Wednesday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. Please omit flowers.
