Diane,
So sorry to hear of your mother’s passing… I will always remember her support during our times in marching band together and then going with your parents to watch you in West Chester’s band. She was a wonderful lady! Thoughts and prayers for you and your family at this time.

Diane,
I never met you. I did know your father, Steve. Worked with him a lot of years at Armstrong machine shop. He and I were both machinist. He and I traded shifts. He thought me to always take the time and do the job correctly. I was so thankful to have the daylight shift and spend time with my wife and young daughter. Every time I would see your dad he would ask how my family is doing. There is no doubt what so ever that your Mom was also a wonderful mother. May your mother Janet rest in peace, they are together in heaven.

Steve and Janet were wonderfully kind. John and I were in a car accident back in 1995 and they brought one of the most delicious meals for us from St. Paul. It was swiss steak with tomato sauce, a salad, and other things but both Kim and I were very grateful and enjoyed the good food she made.
I know you will all miss her.

Dear Diane,
What special memories I have of your mother! Sharing leadership in scouting allowed us to share so many laughs over those years. It is the reality of life that we don’t live forever and you had your mother for a longer time than most. I do hope that your many memories with her will help ease the pain of loss.
