It was a true blessing to know Jack. We enjoyed golfing and fishing on many occasions. As I reflect on who he was I’m struck by his faithfulness to God and his servant attitude. What a happy guy who almost always had a smile. He will be missed. We are very sorry for your loss Linda and Kaitlyn.

So sorry to hear about Jack. I worked with Jack at UPS. He was one of the  best drivers we ever had. All his customers and co- workers loved him. After he left UPS , I spent months listening to customers complaining that the other drivers did not provide the level of service that Jack had provided.  He was a wonderful man and I feel blessed to have known and worked with him.

Our deepest sympathy. We are so sadden and shocked to hear about Jack. Jack had cleaned our windows for years and before that was our UPS delivery man.  Such a kind, reliable and hardworking man.  Always had a smile on his face and was always thrilled to talk about You and your family.  Jack always talked to our children and loved hearing about their sports.  Thinking of you and your family.🙏🏻 Bob and Kay Rathsam

So sorry Linda and Kaitlyn to hear about your loss!
I’ll sure miss you Jack! Actually, I had already been missing seeing you around for a few months  before you departed this world and was looking forward to see you around in person again once work became less busy for you. Thanks for being one our leaders of the 3 Haiti mission trips I was apart of. I’ll always treausure the fun times we had both preparing for and during our trips. Thanks also for all of the 35 years of your time you spent serving the Lord at Awana! I know of at least one kid from there that had expressed to me last summer that she was missing you too and couldn’t wait to see you again. Can’t wait to see you again later once I get to Heaven myself!

Linda and Kaitlyn,
I was shocked and tremendously saddened to hear the news of Jack’s unexpected passing. Linda, we’ve spoken for years as we scheduled window cleaning appointments. Jack had such a passion for life-most especially his family and his faith. Kaitlyn, he loved talking about your time in Haiti. I can’t imagine your grief, but there is reassurance that he is safely in Heaven. For years, Jack cleaned our windows, mirrors, glass top tables, light fixtures, ceiling fans, etc.! He was awesome-cleaning things I didn’t even recognize were dirty. No one was more particular about a job well done. He took such care-we laughed about kids’ toys he found high on ledges when my son was young; we were both disappointed when he grew up and out of the stage of tossing toys in the air. Once, he cleaned while I was at work and let our dog out at my suggestion. The problem was that the dog didn’t want to come in when Jack was done. He patiently rested in the front yard, lounging with our pup, until he could convince him to come in. Such a gentle and friendly soul. He will be greatly missed. Peace be with you.

Dear Linda and Kaitlyn, there are no words to express our true sympathy.  Jack cleaned our windows for years and he talked to my husband and I about both of you.  He shared so many amazing stories that showed what beautiful people you are individually and as a loving family.  Linda after meeting you years later it was evident the respect and love you shared with each other.  Jack was a hard working, perfectionist who took pride in the work he did and in his family.  He spoke often of his love of his faith and the joy he felt with the person Kaitlyn became.  We are truly sorry for this loss and will continue to pray for your peace.
