Harry Hollis Mann, 79

Harry Hollis Mann, 79, of Fort Mill, SC passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2019, at his home from pancreatic cancer. Mann was a member of St. Philip Neri Catholic Church, Fort Mill, SC. He is a graduate of St. Joseph, Lancaster Catholic High School, and Ohio State University. He was an Air Force veteran. He met his wife, Cindi, at Ohio State University.
Harry enjoyed a successful, 40-year career in sales in both domestic and international markets.
He enjoyed golf, swimming, tennis, and music.
He was the son of the late Marvin C. and Freda Hollis Mann of Lancaster. He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Cynthia (Cindi) Weintz Mann; two sons: Ryan Matthew, of Maryland, and Aron Michael (Aimee), of Harwich, MA; grandchildren: Otis Thomas, Hollis Hayes, Alexis, and Ryan Vincent; Siblings: Charles E. Mann, Lancaster, the late Mary Ellen (Sis) Kelec, Joan Mann, of Lancaster, and Marvin A. (Tony) Mann, of Millersville.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to pancreatic cancer research or your favorite charity are appreciated.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11AM, Saturday, July 6, 2019 at St. Joseph Catholic Church, 440 St. Joseph St., Lancaster, PA 17603. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10AM to 11AM. Interment will be private and at the convenience of the family.

December, 2019. We just learned of Harry’s passing and wish to send our condolences to Cindy and family. We worked with with Harry in Massachusetts
He was a tru gentlemen who became a good friend. He will always be missed.

So sorry to read about Harry. I remember Harry from growing up on ‘Cabbage Hill’. He was a really fun-loving person. I remember the family well. I will offer Mass up for Harry this morning.

Condolences on Harry’s passing. Harry was a friend of mine in the High School years in Lancaster and later at Ohio State in the mid-60s. Additionally we socialized in Illinois when he was living there.
