Georgeann Austin, 75, of Lancaster, passed away on Tuesday, December 23, 2025, at Lancaster General Hospital.

Born and raised in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late George and Hilda (Denlinger) Golicher. She was the loving wife of Gordon P. Austin.

Georgeann worked for Skyline Distributors (Acme Markets) for 15 years. After her working career, she made the decision to become a stay-at-home mom, where she focused on caring for her home and family. In her earlier years, Georgeann enjoyed bowling and was part of a bowling league. She loved spending her time watching college football and wrestling, relaxing with Lifetime movies, and enjoying cooking shows. She enjoyed puzzle books and could often be found working on them in her quiet moments. Georgeann also loved to travel, especially trips to the beach, where she enjoyed swimming.

She is survived by her husband, Gordon; her children, Christopher Austin, husband of Laura, and Natalie Austin; her grandchildren, Gavin, Mason, Eden, Hendrix; and her sister, Sharon Wettrau, wife of John.

She was preceded in death by her parents and grandson, Corbin.

Friends and family will be received from 10AM to 11AM on Monday, December 29, 2025, at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584. A Funeral Service will follow beginning at 11AM. Interment will take place at Conestoga Memorial Park.
