Emily B. (Flory) Kilgore, 78, passed from this life on Nov. 14, 2025.
She is survived by her husband, Kenneth, of 53 years of marriage, in Lititz. Also by 3 sons: David of Lancaster, PA, Jonathan (Tiffany) of Broadalbin, NY, and Kenneth B. of Middleburg, FL, and a daughter in law Nicole of Lititz; 2 granddaughters: Lily and Shelby of Lititz; Also 2 brothers: Timothy Flory (Geraldine) of Grandy, NC, and Donald Flory (Cathy) of Bluffton, OH, and a sister in law Esther Flory of Lititz whose husband, Rodney, predeceased Emily. There are 16 nieces and nephews, multiple grand nieces, and nephews, and one remaining aunt, Alice Adler of Atlanta, GA.
Emily was the heart of her family and will be sorely missed. Drawn to the profession of nursing at a young age, she derived great satisfaction in ministering to those in need.
Her greatest love was centered in Jesus Christ her redeemer and she enjoyed the fellowship of the Spirit among those of the Reformed Mennonite Church.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend a funeral service at the Longenecker’s Reformed Mennonite meeting house, 602 Strasburg Pike near Lampeter at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, Nov. 22, 2025, with Samuel Eshelman and Roy Leaman officiating. There will be a viewing one hour before the service. Interment will be in the adjoining cemetery immediately following the service. Please omit flowers
