Earl M. Barley, Jr., 85, of Conestoga, PA, passed away at home on December 19, 2025 surrounded by his family. Born in Manor Township, he was the son of the late Earl and Della B. (Hess) Barley. Earl was the loving husband to the late Blanche E. (Groff) Barley whom together they celebrated 63 years or marriage.

Earl attended Penn Manor School. He was co-owner of Angelini & Groff Auto Salvage. Earl would help anyone in need and would donate to multiple organizations. He adored his time at the family’s cabin in Jim Thorpe where he loved to see the black bears. He was an avid outdoorsman, hunter & fisherman. He also liked working on cars.

Earl is survived by his son: Douglas R. Barley; grandchildren: Tyler R. Barley (Katie) and Christopher L. Barley (Crystal); great-grandchildren: Atticus, Peyton and Juniper; and siblings: James Barley, John M. Barley (Jackie) and Henry F. Barley (Marsha), Alice Brady, Ruthie Swisher and Emma M. Bitts (Ronald).

In addition to his wife and parents, Earl was preceded in death by 2 sisters: Mary Ellen Hank and Betty J. Main (Howard) and a grandson: Douglas M. Barley.

A viewing will take place from 10-11 AM with a Funeral Service to begin at 11 AM on Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at the Charles F. Snyder, III Funeral Home & Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584. Earl will be laid to rest at Conestoga United Methodist Cemetery.
