Dorothy J. Neff Dolinger, 94, passed away at Hamilton Arms in Lancaster on Tuesday, December 23, 2025. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the Charles L. and Bessie E. (Moore) Steinman.

Dot was a seamstress at Hershey Sewing Factory and Singing Needles, and then she worked on assemble for Bulova before retiring. She enjoyed reading, cooking, and spending time with her family.

She was a former member of Leacock Presbyterian Church and Pearl Street United Methodist Church. Dot also belonged to Eastern Lancaster County Rod & Gun Club and Russellville Grange.

Dot is survived by her sons, Randell S. Neff (H. Lynn) of Manheim, and Scott A. Neff (Kimberly) of Lake Ariel, and 9 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Dot was predeceased by her daughters, Deborah K. Deck and Sandra J. Bruce, twin sons, and her siblings, Charles Steinman and Betty Hoar.
