Deborah B. Randle, 75

January 25, 2025

Deborah B. Randle, 75, of East Petersburg, PA, passed away unexpectedly at her residence on January 25, 2025.

She was the wife of the late Harry N. “Skip” Randle III, who passed away in November 2019. Born in Lancaster, she was the daughter of the late Elvin L. and Dorothy McAvoy Hill.

A fan of the Philadelphia Flyers and Phillies, she shared these interests with her children and grandchildren. Most recently, she enjoyed her weekly dinners with her brother Dan and his family.

Deb loved animals and was a caring guardian to cats Hagar, Scarlet, Charlie, and Bella and to dog Ernie.

Deb is survived by her sons Brian S. married to Maria of Bel Air, MD and H. Nevin IV married to Lisa of Edgewood, MD; her two grandchildren Emily and Jack; and her brother Daniel Hill of Lancaster. She was preceded in death by her brothers Robert and Richard Hill.

Family and friends will be received on Saturday, February 8, 2025 from 1-2pm at the Charles F. Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory, 441 N. George St., Millersville, PA, with the Memorial Service to follow at 2pm. Interment will be in Millersville Mennonite Cemetery.

So sorry to hear of Deb’s passing.  Such a lovely lady.  I knew her from Oyster Point and she always had such a great since of humor.  She loved her family and spoke about them often.  You all were blessed to have such a great Mom.  I will miss her dearly.  Such wonderful person.  Thinking of you all and praying you hold all those great memories near to your hearts.  We were blessed to know her.  Love you Deb, rest in peace with Skip.  Thanks for the memories.

I met Deb in a Grief share group after we both lost our husbands. She was so fun to be around. She made me laugh. She shared stories of her Charlie that she loved, dearly.  She will be, greatly missed, but is reunited with her husband. I pray comfort and peace for her son’s and brother and family.

I’m so sorry to hear of Debs passing.  We both started working at OYSTER POINT the same time.  We talked a lot.  When there was an opening in Managed Care I picked her to work in our department.  Shari, Deb, and I went out to eat quite often the last couple of years.  You will be missed Deb.🩷
