Christopher M. Pry, 48

Christopher M. Pry, 48, of Lancaster, passed away at Hospice & Community Care on Friday, June 4, 2021.

Born in West Chester, he was the son of Brenda Dolph of Kinzers and Robert Pry, husband of Karen, of Palmyra, NJ.

Christopher had been a chef and had worked for many restaurants in the Chester County area in his career.

He loved to fish and shoot pool, and enjoyed being outside in nature. He also enjoyed going to the beach, especially in Punta Gorda, FL where he had lived for some time.

In addition to his parents, Christopher is survived by his brother, Jeff married to Sharon Pry of Lancaster, his stepbrothers: Barry J. Barkley of Christiana, and Brandon Pry of Palmyra, NJ; his niece Stephanie Pry; his nephews Jeffrey Pry Jr, Thomas Stermer, and Robert Stermer, and by his great nephew, Jeffrey Pry III. He was preceded in death by his half brother, Eric Pry.

Christopher you will be truly missed by so many people I remember you you were just a little baby I remember you growing up into a fine young man always so kind and caring Heaven shines brighter since you have entered the kingdom it saddens me did you are no longer here I think of what an awesome family reunion you will enter into I remember our visit with you and your mom so happy cheerful and that smile of yours like sunshine I will cherish that visit always and keep all our memories in my heart where you will be Only One thought away till we see each other again love you always Aunt Barb

Chris fought valiantly but in the end God knows he needed to rest.  I hope everyone can be at peace and remember he needed to rest. He did fight the fight of his life and bless Brenda and Jeff for being right there with him.  Love to you always.  Aunt Patti

Chris was a fighter all his life and lived life to the fullest he was in the summertime of his life when he passed away.He is in God’s Kingdom now free of his suffering and pain.You will be missed.

My condolences to the Pry family I know it has been a great loss, Chris will be very missed by a lot of people for sure. He has always been a big part of my children’s life and an amazing uncle to them, I myself had the pleasure of having Chris as a part of my life and he was always an awesome friend. You couldn’t of asked for a better person to have known.  Rest In Peace Chris.
