Catherine N. Rohrbaugh, 81

Catherine Naomi (Hartman) Rohrbaugh, 81, of Lititz, peacefully and joyfully went to be with her Lord on Monday January 5, surrounded by her family at the Mount Joy Hospice Center. The daughter of the late Martin M. Hartman and Mamie G. (Godfrey) Hartman, Catherine was born December 17, 1927 in Springfield Twp, York PA.

She was married to Eugene G. Rohrbaugh of Glen Rock PA, in February of 1952. Together they raised six children with love and dedication. She spent countless hours caring for her family and especially enjoyed cooking and baking favorite meals for her loved ones. She also cherished annual family gatherings at Christmas and other holidays, as well as summer vacations in the Outer Banks.

Catherine was preceded in death by her loving husband Eugene ("Henny"), her son Jeff, her grandson Daniel, and her great-grandson Baby George. She is survived by a daughter, Beth Bernhardt, wife of Rick; four sons: Steve, husband of Donna; Kelly; Bob, husband of Beth; and Gene, husband of Ann; daughter-in-law Lisa; twenty-four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; as well as sisters Mary Keeney, Edna Hyser, Anna Ness and Leah Marquet; and brothers Austin Hartman and Samuel Hartman.

The family wants to thank Hospice of Lancaster County for their compassionate care during Catherine’s final days.

Friends will be received on Friday from 930-11AM at Codorus Church of The Brethren, 1129 Dunkard Valley Rd., Dallastown, PA, with the funeral service to follow at 11AM. Interment in the Codorus Church of The Brethren Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Greenview Bible Camp, 580 Fivepointville Rd, Denver PA 17517. Arrangements by Charles F.
