Sorry to hear about the passing of Mr. Biemesderfer. What a special person…very friendly and always smiling whenever I had the pleasure of seeing him. He was our neighbor around the block when I was growing up, and in more recent years I’d often see him at Oregon Dairy Restaurant.
He will be missed by everyone who knew him, but I’m sure he’s being loved in heaven!
Blessings to the family,
Kori Jantzen
We were truly blessed for Mr.Biemesderfer sacrifices and courage to have placed 14 years of his life for the betterment of community service serving as chief administrator for the Ephrata School District.
His accomplishments are appreciated and respected well beyond any words. His inspirations of being a firm and yet fair mentor is what lives in my life as he kept me on the right path to complete my education and establish goals.
My prayers and thoughts are with his family.

My thoughts are with you all–Lisa, Chris, and Jonathan. –Cathy Smith Bayliss
Although we have not met, we are cousins several times removed. Dan’s father,Luke ,and my Grandpa, Roy S. Buch, were first cousins. Luke and Stanley came to my Grandpa’s funeral in 1980. Grandpa and Luke always kept in touch. His mother, Barbara and Luke’s mother, Aunt Ada, were sisters — believe their maiden name was Harnish. The two of them always spoke PA. Dutch when they got together, Grandpa used to say that Luke was always "smart as a whip!!" I just wanted to share these memories with you.
So, I would like to express my sympathy for the passing of Dan. Prayers are with you at this most difficult time.
With sympathy, Lana Buch Murray

Our deepest sympathy to all the members of the Biemesderfer family.
Dan was a kind and fair gentleman, who led the Ephrata Area School District for fourteen years. We also know the many ways that Dan served the Trinity Lutheran Church in Ephrata.
May God Bless you all during this difficult time.
