Bruce A. Overholt, 69

Bruce A. Overholt, 69, of Mount Joy, PA, passed away unexpectedly on September 6, 2025 at Penn State of Lancaster Medical Center. Born in Chelsea, MA, he was the son of the late Glenn and Frances (Marcin) Overholt. Bruce was the loving husband of 46 years to Sandra (Olmstead) Overholt.
A veteran, Bruce served in the US Army and the US Air Force. He worked for the US Postal Service. He was dedicated to the military and volunteered at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Bruce enjoyed fishing. He was an avid gun and guitar collector. He loved going on motorcycle rides with Sandra on their Harley Davidson motorcycle. Bruce was very dedicated to his children and grandchildren.
Surviving in addition to his wife, Sandra, are two daughters: Ashley Smith and Katelyn De La Fuente; six grandsons: Ethan, Dylyn, Kohen, Cooper, Kody and Cristiano; his beloved service dog: Mollie; and siblings: Noreen Byson of AZ, Dianne Moustafa, Kevin Overholt and Pamela Cuevas all of MA.
Bruce is preceded in death by two siblings: Wayne Overholt and Brian Overholt.
Services are private and at the convenience of the family.

So sorry Sandy and girls to hear of Bruce’s passing. It doesn’t seem like so long ago that we were meeting our “new “neighbors in our “first” homes. Very fond memories of the friendships we formed… thinking of you …..thoughts and prayers to your family.
