Barbara Jean Oliveras, 59

Barbara Jean Oliveras, 59, of East Lampeter Township, PA, passed away at Lancaster General Hospital on Monday, April 1, 2024. Born in Lancaster on the 23rd of May in 1964, she was the daughter of the late Parke R. and Catherine D. (Patton) Rynier.
Barbara graduated from Pequea Valley High School, and she worked as a quality assurance inspector and manager at Plastic Molding Manufacturing, formally known as True Precision Plastics, in Lancaster.
She enjoyed watching Cardinals in the back yard and going to yard sales. She also enjoyed going to the Renaissance Faire every year with family as well as the Charlestown Manor Beach in Maryland. Barb had a special interest in collecting turtles and minions and enjoyed watching the Food Channel and Hallmark Channel.
Barb is survived by her two daughters, Amy C. Oliveras of Lancaster, and Ashley M. Oliveras and significant other James McCabe of Lancaster; Ashley’s children Lokie Raihl and Harley McCabe; Barb’s significant other Absalon Cano, Jr., her brother, David Rynier, husband of Mary of Bird-in-Hand, her sister Dotty Renninger of Lancaster, and her Pomeranian Chihuahua Lady.
Preceding Barb in death were her parents and her brother John Earl Rynier.
A graveside service will take place at 1 pm on Thursday, April 11, 2024, at Conestoga Memorial Park, 95 Second Lock Road, Lancaster, PA 17603.
