Anna S. Packey, 92
Anna S. (Rudnik) Packey, 92, formerly of Millersville Manor, passed away, Friday, August 7, 2009 at St. Anne’s Retirement Community. Born in Chicago, IL., she was the wife of the late Edward Packey who died in 1979.
Anna was a member of St. Philip the Apostle Catholic Church. She was active in the Senior Centers of Lancaster. Anna enjoyed bowling, knitting, crocheting, arts and crafts, playing cards, and visiting casinos.
Anna is survived by 2 daughters; Carol Bernard wife of John of Lancaster, and Gloria Maduzia wife of Gerald of Maine. 4 grandchildren, and 7 great grandchildren.
Services will be private and at the convenience of the family.

Dear Carol, John and Family,
Your Mom was such a precious person, and we feel privileged to have known her.
She had a marvelous sense of humor, as you know, and even though we didn’t see
her that often, when we did, she was always a delight. May God send you His
loving comfort and peace as you experience this loss to your family. We KNOW
Anna is in Heaven, rejoicing with the Saints, and we are keeping all of you
in our thoughts and prayers.
