Alice Marzolf, 90

Alice Marzolf, 90, of Lancaster, PA, passed away peacefully on November 10, 2025.
Born in Harrisburg, PA, on February 27, 1935, she was the daughter of the late Robert and Lillian (Schwalm) Marzolf. After graduating high school, Alice continued her education at Messiah University, Goshen College, Temple, and University of Pennsylvania, where she earned her Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
Alice began her career as an Occupational Therapist and later transitioned into social work, where she found great fulfillment helping young people with disabilities access the resources and support needed to live comfortable, independent lives. In addition to her professional work, she held a part-time position at Sears, where she dedicated an incredible 50 years of service.
Alice was a long-time member of the Main Line Unitarian Church of Devon. She had a deep love for helping others and a zest for life. She enjoyed hiking and often led hiking groups for Chester Valley Trail Club. She also had a fondness for teddy bears, amassing a beloved collection over the years that reflected her warm and caring spirit.
She is survived by her twin sister, Irene Leonard, her sister Mary Lou Twigg, and her brother, Thomas Marzolf; as well as 12 nieces and nephews, and many great and great-great nieces and nephews who will cherish her memory.
Services will be held at the convenience of the family.
