Cindyaliz Diaz, 17
January 23, 2026
Cindyaliz Diaz, 17, of Kinzers, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Hershey Medical Center, following a brave and courageous battle, surrounded by love.
Born in Lancaster, PA, Cindyaliz was the beloved daughter of Alexis Manuel Diaz Del Valle and Sindy Perez Pagan, and a cherished bonus daughter to Victor Santiago. From the moment she entered the world, Cindyaliz brought warmth, light, and a vibrant spirit to everyone who knew her.
Cindyaliz had a deep love for life and adventure. She dreamed of warm, exciting, tropical places and found joy traveling whenever she could—especially to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Florida. She loved excitement and embraced life with enthusiasm, laughter, and curiosity.
A true girly girl, Cindyaliz took pride in always being put together. She loved doing her nails, lashes and hair. She could often be found enjoying her PlayStation, listening to music, or on her phone, connecting with friends and the world around her. Her love for music, especially Jowell and Randy, reflected her fun, energetic personality.
Above all, Cindyaliz loved her family deeply. She is survived by her parents; her siblings, Yadieliz, Janpaul, and Jeylexis Santiago; her maternal grandparents, Raquel Pagan and Melvin Perez; and her paternal grandparents, Laura Del Valle and Alejandro Diaz. her aunts and uncles, Raquel Perez, Melvin Perez, Laura Lebron, Alexander Diaz, Mickey Baez, Felix Diaz, and Mary Martinez as well as many of her beloved cousins as well as her boyfriend Malon Javar Young, who stood by her side, no matter what, all the way to the end ; She was surrounded by a family who adored her and will forever carry her memory in their hearts.
Cindyaliz will be remembered for her strength, her beauty inside and out, her love of life, and the joy she brought to those around her. Though her time here was far too short, her impact was profound and everlasting.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Viewing from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at Charles F. Snyder III Funeral Home and Crematory, 2421 Willow Street Pike, Willow Street, PA 17584.
